Cygnet Law provide a family legal service to all sectors of the community and pride themselves in maintaining a high level of customer service and care. This can be demonstrated through their achievement of the Lexcel quality mark/accreditation.
The Redcar based solicitors firm identified video conferencing as an efficient way of connecting with their customers, partners, and other legal practices, face to face, whilst removing the need of travel. Cygnet Law hoped that a reliable video conferencing solution would help them to continue providing outstanding customer care.
Once we developed a full understanding of Cygnet Law’s requirements, we realised that ease of use and reliable performance were two important factors and so we recommended the VidyoRoom HD40. The device allows users to connect a camera, microphone, and up to two displays to one another without the need of a computer.
In addition to the VidyoRoom HD40 we also specified a DIAHDUSB2 Diamond HD Camera and a 58” NEC TV to completely transform Cygnet Law’s meeting room.
To complete the installation our engineers installed a data point in a central position, wall mounted the TV and positioned the HD camera suitably before installing the Vaas-t software on the VidyoRoom HD40, allowing up to eight people to talk face to face in a virtual meeting room.
The Vaas-t software is very easy to use, it enables a user to send an invitation via email, which when accepted directs the guest straight to the meeting room from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
