

After lucrative contract wins including data cabling for the NHS we have recruited additional engineers to manage the workload. The General Manager of Castle Grange believed that the new contract wins and the growth of the engineering team presented the opportunity to make more additions to the in-house team.
Stephen Gibson, General Manager: “We always have and always will offer excellent customer service, but due to recent growth meaning there are more engineers to co-ordinate it was vital to have the capacity to manage this. We feel Sharon will not only help to maintain our quality standards, but also improve them and that continuous improvement is ultimately what allows us to grow.”
As Office Manager, Sharon is set to provide support to the project co-ordination team by helping them to plan and prepare all materials on time and to specification for the engineers. Sharon also plans to introduce and implement new procedures whilst improving existing ones.
Sharon Hall, Office Manager: “Joining Castle Grange Technologies was a big career change for me having previously worked in the finance industry, however, due to supportive management and employees I am quickly picking up the terminology. The energy within the office is driven towards everyone to do their best whilst being focused on providing an excellent customer service making it a great environment in which to work.”
The sales and marketing department within Castle Grange have been instrumental in identifying and winning new contracts. To capitalise on the contract wins we plan for the marketing department to continue investing time into identifying new opportunities, but without taking any focus at all from our core sector which is education. Marketing Trainee and ex-Rye Hills student, Jack has been able to demonstrate creative ideas for communicating with existing customers within the education sector to improve our marketing efforts through platforms such as social media and our website.
Jack Elliot, Marketing Trainee: “Castle Grange is the first career I have had since leaving school in the summer. I feel it has great importance to keep the social media pages for Castle Grange updated as much as possible as it shows that the company is caring towards their customers. I also hope to attract new customers to Castle Grange Technologies by publishing case studies and promoting special offers through email marketing campaigns.”
These two new recruits are a major boost for Castle Grange Technologies and our customers as we plan to continue with our growth strategy and further improve our quality service.
